All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

We offer shipping across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Areas: 4–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available) so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe of 3–6 business days, Bhojas Collection is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, public holidays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
